Refunds
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@shadesofthenubian.com within 7 days of delivery.
 
To request a replacement or refund, you must first contact us via email at info@shadesofthenubian.com for authorization. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of all items returned for refund.

Exchanges
You may exchange an unused, unopened item for another of the same size and price. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If it is determined that the product has been unused or opened, your request for exchange will not be honored.

To request an exchange for another item of the same size or price, you must first contact us via email at info@shadesofthenubian.com for authorization. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of all items returned for exchange.

Please note, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  •  Custom orders
  •  Items on sale

Cancelling An Order
Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations. We will, however, allow a store credit for the amount of the order. Exceptions and exclusion of some items may apply.

For Orders from the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us first at info@shadesofthenubian.com.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember your bank or credit card company has its own time frame to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shadesofthenubian.com.
